Services

·  Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

·  Complimentary breakfast: a continental breakfast with fresh local produce, served daily from 7:00-10:00.

·  Luggage room: guests can store their luggage in our luggage room prior to check in and after check out.

·  Parking: parking is available in our underground parking, upon availability. If you intend to park in our underground parking garage, it is advised to unload your luggage first at reception level as there is not an elevator from garage to reception level. On the streets nearby you can also find parking without a fee.  Please ask reception for further info on parking. 

·  Direct pickup for tours and airport transfers - As our hotel is not in Reykjavik´s restricted area, all airport transfers and day-tour shuttle services have easy access to the hotel so guests can be picked up directly from our door.

·  Taxi Station: for those guests who prefer to take a taxi, there is a taxi station across the road from the hotel.

 

Public Transport: there are 2 public bus stops within 5 minutes walk from the hotel (Grensas & Skeifan) offering our guests a low-cost alternative to traveling downtown from the hotel. The journey to downtown Reykjavik takes approximately 12 minutes from either stop and this service operates many times through the day

 

Facilities

There are various facilities in the near area. Next door is a Yoga studio called Yogavin, and another yoga studio, Yogashala, is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. A few large grocery stores are a 5 minute walk away, as well as a gourmet bakery, dry cleaning, ice cream store, café, shops, restaurants and more. Downtown Reykjavik is a 7-10 minute drive from the hotel, the largest shopping mall Kringlan is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and the largest gym, swimming pool, the national football stadium and family park with a petting zoo is around a 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel.
