An upbeat neighborhood where you will find little artesian shops, restaurants and museums blend in with start-up companies and older established entities. Once, a place where fisherman brought the fish to land, stored the nets in small chalets while boats lay in the harbor and now a revived bustling neighborhood.  The Modern Art Museum and Kling and Bang gallery will open their show rooms in soon-to-be renovated Marshall house.
